‘add comment’ link not working on site…brings me back to index page instead

  • on my index page im using the comment tag:

    <?php comments_popup_link(‘No Comments »’, ‘1 Comment »’, ‘% Comments »’); ?>

    but whenever i click on it (on the actual site) it brings me back to my index page. help!
