Add commas to large numbers

    Hi, is it possible to add commas to large numbers?
    Our company sell product in increments of 10,000 and above.

    The values shown are without commas like this -> 10000
    Whereas, we want this -> 10,000

    Hello,

    while it is a great idea, I’m afraid that I’m not going to implement it. Solutions on StackOverflow prove what I suspected that there is no clean solution. Thousand separator should be an HTML attribute for input type=”number”. It’s not the case, so we only have better or worse workarounds which may work well for one website but won’t be flexible and reliable enough.

    One relatively popular project exists on GitHub that addresses only the thousand separator handling and looking at the number of recently reported issues, I would rather focus on things that will be 100% correct from start instead of continuously patching one feature.

    It’s this one, keep in mind that it doesn’t support type="number":
