Add color to links and hover for a specific area

I want to change the color for text and the hover color for it, but when i change the specific area in the .css file, it changes alot of other text areas I don’t want changed. How and where can I add some code to change a particular widget area. Here’s the site: https://www.plexusahealthieryou.com If you look on the left of the home page you’ll see a widget called Sections, it’s categories of topics. It’s a teal color now. I want to change it and the hover but nothing else on the page. Can someone look at it and see what they think. I’m not a coder. Thank you so much.
