add cloudinary support ?

Currently i’m using 3 apps.

1. eww optimizer
2. cloudinary wordpress
3. force thumbnail regenerator

so i would first upload pic normally, then optimize with eww, then upload to cloudinary.

force thumbnail regenerator doesn’t seem to work with images uploaded to cloudinary as i get this msg.

"seal-of-approval" (ID 1718) failed to resize. The error message was: The originally uploaded image file cannot be found at /wordpress/wp-content/uploads/https://res.cloudinary.com/mognet/image/upload/v1384371042/seal-of-approval1_ejdm6j.jpg

"cloudflare" (ID 1446) failed to resize. The error message was: The originally uploaded image file cannot be found at
/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/https://res.cloudinary.com/mognet/image/upload/v1384371049/cloudflare1_tknqnz.png

Any ideas ?
