Add Checkout Fields (no in order list!!)

Hello,

is there any plug in that allows to add checkout fields or even better that allow checkout fields per product?

Those are informative and mandatory fields for which the customer is not supposed to pay any extra cost.
However certain fields are mandatory only for certain products.

Such fields do not have to be summarized in the right column of the checkout page like if they are products and like for example checkout addons do.

Update: I could not manage to delete this post. I’ve found a solution with WooCommerce Checkout Manager Plugin.
