Add Checkbox Fields to Comments Form?

Hi folks,

I’d like to add some checkboxes to the normal comments form – the purpose would be to have checkboxes with common tag names listed that the user can select applicable post tags and publish them, and i can go back and formally add the tags to the post later.

Is there an easy way to do this?
