Add 'Category' option to Page Builder's Blog Widget

Hi!

I love Page Builder and the available widgets!

One thing I am trying to find a way to get done is add an option to only pull from a specific Category using the regular Blog Widget. I have read there are ways to do this with the Post Loop widget but I have other issues with the Post Loop widget, and so I am looking for a way to add the option for the regular Blog widget. Also, the formatting for the Blog widget is perfect for what I am trying to do, so I just want to try and add the Category functionality. Is there way I can edit the code to include this? If so, can you direct me on where the code can be edited?
