add cart type

i am using Authorize.net Payment Gateway For WooCommerce plugin i want to also add Card Type :in dropdown see image its option is visa, master or amex. so plz help how to add this option in this plugin. also save this value with order which type of card used by customer like as visa, master or amex. each order show our card type plz help….
