Add captcha to customer account page

Moved to Fixing WordPress, this is not an Everything else WordPress topic.

How do I add a captcha to the customer account page to stop spam accounts being set up?

How did you create that page? Depending on the answer there may be a plugin specific way to stop that spam.

@cufflinks21 Here’s a plugin that could help (there’ll be other similar plugins) and steps to install captcha.
