add calculations feature

  • Dear devs

    Great work on your plugin. It really is a must have for any site with a community behind it and a great feature. Yet, i was wondering if there is a possibility if you could calculate certain fields when filling out the form. For example having the total of a set of number fields calculated below the form. Or having a number box multiplied by a set value and then be displayed in a valuta field. I would love to work on it myself, is there any documentation on your code available?

    Thank you for letting us know your question. “i was wondering if there is a possibility if you could calculate certain fields when filling out the form” . Do you mean that you have, for instance, some fields with the numbers(1,2,34,..) and you want another field at the bottom to calculate the sum of these automatically? If possible, could you give us some screenshots how the form structure look like so that i can pass your suggestion to our devs.

    Yes, that is what i’m trying to do. Even beter would be if i could multiply certain fields by a set number so I can calculate a price.

    Dear Daniel,

    Thank you for the nice picture. I think that this picture explained very well the idea. I am really sorry for this unconvenience. At the moment, The plugin is not ready for the calculation-based function. Please stay tuned and follow the changelog whenever a new version is released to see if the function is improved.
