    Hello,

I’d like to ask if it’d be possible to add a button after | Message | Detail | Debug | —-> HTML <— to see the pure html of the email so that way i can copy and paste it in the new message in case i need to resend it to a different email.

    Thank you!

    Hey,

An interesting idea! I’ve added this idea to the GitHub repo here: https://github.com/JWardee/wp-mail-catcher/issues/80

I’ll likely look to do this in the next minor release but will keep you up to date via the repo discussion ??

Thank you for your quick reply.

I’ve tested the plugin yesterday and had some issues:

When i resend an email, it gets resent as plain text so the whole message (which is an html mwssage) shows the code instead of the format.

Any chance that you could help me maintain the original format of the email when resending?

This issue is happening as well when sending a custom HTML direct message from the plugin itself.

Another suggestion is being able to customize some fields like CC: and To: before resending the email. (I’m running an e-commerce shop where people gift items and sometimes they write the gifted email wrong and need to change it, so i’ve got to resend the emails to the correct ones).

    Locking forward to your reply.

    Thanks!

Thanks for reporting those 2 issues. I’ve added them to Github if I can replicate the issues then I’ll get them fixed for the next release!

    https://github.com/JWardee/wp-mail-catcher/issues/82
    https://github.com/JWardee/wp-mail-catcher/issues/81

I think modifying the email before resending is a bit of a niche requirement, if I get lots of requests then I’ll look into it further but I need to keep the size of the plugin small ??

If you can add any further info to those 2 Github issues to help me replicate it that would be great!

Hey @mrab231a, just wanted to let you know that I’ve just released v1.3.7 which includes the ability to see the raw HTML code of an email (if the email itself has the HTML header) you can see this by opening a message and going to the debug tab.

Unfortunately I cannot replicate the issues you mentioned previously, everything works fine for me.

If you have any other suggestions let me know and I’ll take a look!
