Add button to 20 14 header

Before you header or inside your header area?

You could hard code it into your header.php file if you want it to display within the header area and then use CSS to position it.

It should be inside the header area. Is that impossible?

Have you put the HTML for this button into your Child Theme header.php file already?

no where do i put this?

Put it just under this line:

<header id="masthead" class="site-header" role="banner">

done

You can move it later in the header.php file, its position doesn’t matter for the CSS, it does matter semantically though. For example you may want the button to be after the site’s title in the code.

What HTML did you add for the button?

Dreamweaver code, now i changed the src path and it shows on the menu bar
