Add button before “Proceed to Checkout” button in cart

I think this is not exactly what im looking for. In the post they talk about a new button next to the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. What i need is a button beofre the “Proceed to Checkout” button (after the cart totals table) on the WooCommerce “Cart” page.

Is there a function to add this or do i need in this case to create a template override in my child-theme?

You can work with the woocommerce_proceed_to_checkout hook.

Here’s a simple example:

// custom button on cart page

function my_custom_cart_button() {
    ?>
    <a  class="button">Custom Button</a>
    <?php
}
add_action( 'woocommerce_proceed_to_checkout', 'my_custom_cart_button', 10 );

Result: https://d.pr/i/aiPVWy

I found this guide that visualises all the hooks on the cart page.

I should note that custom solutions are not within our scope of support here in the forums.
