Add Blog to Nav Bar

Ugh…OK, I have a nav bar on my site which lists my pages on my website. I’m wanting to add a blog, but I can’t figure out how to add a link to the main page of my blog.

I’m under appearances in menus and it’s not a choice. How would I do this? Thanks.
