Add Blog Page before Blog Category

    It currently does this when you set up your permalinks to match your site structure. So, if your post permalink is /blog/%postname% and you have your blog page set to blog, it’ll automatically pick that up.

    I can see about adding in a the blog item regardless of permalinks in the next version, but it’ll take a little trickery so that it doesn’t mess up people with permalinks that match their site’s structure.
