Add block is always disabled

Hi! With the lazyblocks instaled I can’t use the add block on post edit. I searched all over the internet and nothing worked. And when I try to see the “templates” nothing appears on that screen of the lazyblocks.

This is not a problem from the WP version, I’ve already try to downgrade and nothing happens.
