    can we add an option in the admin where we could set the remaining balance is paid in another way (cash, paypal etc). Currently I’m adding an admin note and setting the product as complete.

    Hi, If payment is received through another payment ways then the admin can mark that partial payment as complete by using the partial payment details table available on the admin order edit page. If you change the status of that particular partial payment sub-order, then it will directly reflect on the main order. Thanks!

    Hi Sanesh,

    Yes i know if I mark it as complete then the order will still become fulfilled but what I meant was could we get a way of adding an entry in the system to show what method the payment was made? Possibly an “add payment” button in the admin side with a text box that we can fill to define what method of payment was made?

    Have you tried updating it from the dropdown in the order. As in the screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/2pa62h7b .You will get a dropdown to show by editing the billing fields in the order.
