add back redirects gone missing after installation

After install all of my redirects appear gone. Where do I add them, or are they hidden somewhere? I can make neither head nor tails of the instructions. Best I found was a “loop” which is not a term that goes well with a redirect…so I’m lost as to where my redirects went, and how I would add them.
