Add authors to Menu

I have installed an author’s widget that is simple and sweet. It just grabs the authors from my site and puts then in a list in the sidebar automatically. The links point to their profile page with their posts below.

Is there a way to put widgets into the Menu at the top? I know I could manually add all of my authors to the menu but I don’t want to keep updating it. It’d be nice if I could somehow integrate the sidebar widget and put them in a dropdown list in the menu.

Any suggestions?
