Add author for custom post type

    This isn’t natively supported by Breadcrumb NavXT at the moment. You could extend the plugin to provide this functionality (use the bcn_after_fill action and inject the breadcrumbs you want in the trail array).

    I’ll check that out! I accomplished what I wanted with some custom php and jquery to inject it, but I’d rather handle it all server-side.
