Add Attribute (Vertical Align) to Flag Shortcode

We would appreciate if you can update your plugin’s flag shortcode to add the default attribute: vertical_align: "middle" which would allow us to change the vertical alignment of the flag (top, middle, bottom), as needed.

Is short, it would end up looking like this:

[userip_location type="flag" height="auto" width="50px" vertical_align="middle"]

Based on your latest plugin version, V3.2, all you have to do is modify the following files (as noted):
