    If I turn the Capability “Add Attribute Term” ON, it will allow vendors to add terms to all the attributes. Also, these terms will appear globally to all users.

    Can I allow the vendor to add terms to only some attributes but not for all of them?

    Besides, can I make the terms added only visible to the vendor that has added it?
