Mmm are you sure you created it here? https://wooinvoice.rednao.com/contact-us/ i don’t see any unanswered ticket related to that, if you did created it there could you send me the ticket number so i can follow up the issue? You should have received a confirmation email with your ticket number.

The support ticket didn’t work, but te pre-sale ticket seems to work. Sorry to do the wrong one.
