Add attachment to user email

    Dear all,
    is it possible to attach a pdf file (terms and conditions) to the “Email to user”?

    Hello @torstenl,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user, we don’t have an option to attach a file in Email to user section, but you can have your user read terms and conditions in these 2 ways.

    1. In email to user section, you can add a custom text and add there a link to the terms and conditions page.

    2. In your form, please enter settings > privacy > Enable GDPR compliance checkbox and in your form will appear a checkbox that user has read your terms and conditions.

    Hello Zhanna,

    many thanks for the update, I can′t use the GDPR section as this is already in use for the GDPR and it′s not recommended to use this also for the terms and conditions.

    I will take option 1 then and add an extra link to the email pointing to the terms and conditons page.
