Add attachment functionality to replies also

I’m using this plugin and it’s great, BUT…

I’d like someone replying to an activity post to also be able to use the upload functionality, as out of the box, you can only use the upload functionality when posting an activity post, but not a response to it.

Any help would be appreciated!
