Add “aria-expanded” to accordions

I think accordions already have good accessibility support. Can you link me to a page where you are seeing an issue?

There are some accordions on this page and I see that they are focusable via tab, I do not see an “aria-expanded” attribute being applied to them. On Github, it looks like there is code there that will apply the “aria-expanded” attribute, and then trigger true or false, for the Tabs and mobile menu but not Accordions or Toggles.
