Add another primary post page or replace primary post page

Hi there

My website is https://www.motherhooddiaries.com. I have created posts for my pregnancy page – week by week, but now I’ve given birth to my son, i want to start writing weekly posts on motherhood. Is there anyway i can transfer the default posts to a primary motherhood page or keep the pregnancy page the way it is and add another post page for motherhood? really sorry if this doesn’t make sense. I don’t think I’m explaining it very well. E.g. this is what my site looks like and at the moment, i am adding posts to “My Pregnancy – week by week.” which looks like this:

Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 etc…

I have now given birth and want to add posts to a “My Mother – week by week” page, which I want to look like this:

1 Week old, 2 weeks old, 3 weeks old etc…

I hope that makes more sense?

My question is, how do I do that?
