Add and visualize custom field type=”file” in instructor registration form

I’ve followed the instructions that are here: https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/custom-field-on-registration/ but changing the field with type=file so that the person can upload their CV.
My question is.. How can i see the attached file in backend so that the admin can visualize it?
