Add Anchor Link next to site name in admin page

In wp-admin, the upper left of the page usually shows the WordPress icon and the defined wp site name. Now I would like to write the code in the functions.php to add the code <a href="https://blackkreak.com" title="BlackKreak">Theme provider</a> to show next to site name.
