Add an order form to the invoice in the mail dedicated to admin

    Hi! You can do this with the Professional extension, by utilizing the packing slip or proforma invoice for this purpose (and attach it to any mail you also attach the invoice to).

    Another feature of the professional extension that may help is the order notification email, which is sent separately from all other emails at a predefined order status to one or more email addresses you specify.
