Add An Image Size Options Grayed Out

  • Hello,

    When I click on the “Add an Image” icon, and upload an image, everything works except for the size options. Thumbnail, medium, large options are all grayed out and are not selectable. Full size is chosen by default.

    Any ideas as to why this is?

    I would like to point out that this problem is with version 2.7. Evidently this was a problem with earlier versions but was stated to have been fixed with version 2.6.1.

    Any pointers as to why the size options don’t work would be most helpful.
