Add an anchor to a Toggle box to open it via URL

I would like to be able to put a link on my home page that would take you to a separate page on my site that has several toggle boxes on it and I would like that link to open a specific toggle box. I believe this would be accomplished using an Anchor.

But I don’t know how to add an anchor to a [toggle title=””] and then reference it in a URL so that it is opened when you go to that given link.
