Add amount field before add to cart button -> not functioning

When using the Products shortcode [products], typically the price display’s which i see you have purposely disabled, cool. But in place of that should be the variable add amount field, which looks like you have the code written, but it doesn’t seem to be populating the tag above.

And i know the donate button just takes you to the product page, which makes me think that you don’t have that code activating on purpose. So how do I get the shortcode to also display the product donation amount above the add to cart button.
