Add Amazon Associate ID to shortcode’s country

Hi, WPGUS.

At present that is not a shortcode option. It wouldn’t be difficult to add, but I’m not sure what purpose it serves when the associate ID is already specified in the settings and tied to the Product Advertising API there.

Let me know if I’m overlooking a use case. And thanks for using ScrapeAZon!

I’ve read and if I’m not wrong. You only earn commission if you are registered in the affiliate of the corresponding country with the tag provided by each country in Amazon.

It wouldn’t be difficult to add as you said. With my skills and your code would take a long time, but I think it could work, so it’s can keep correct tag for each country of affiliate and you can earn commission.

The problem, I think, is that the Product Advertising API requires a signed call, which relies not only on the keys but also on the associate ID tag that is associated with those keys (which is why those elements are configured on the Settings page instead of within the shortcode). I’m not sure that a single set of root API keys can be associated with tags from multiple regions.

Amazon keep same API keys if you register and join with same email. You can try with scratchpad for UE Zone, for US Zone you need 3 sales for to used API.
