Add Age Verification to Registration form

    Hi, I’m using EA Registration form, In the form there’s a checkbox/switch to accept terms and conditions.

    Now i want two other switches like that in the form

    1- I am 19 Years old or more

    2- I accept the club Policy ( Just like the Terms and conditions with a link to Policy)

    Would you please help me to achieve these?

    Regarding your query, currently, in our EA Login Register Form, we have option to add extra fields for text, email, and phone. The custom checkbox option is currently unavailable. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/j584Ll

    Really sorry for the inconvenience. I will definitely discuss this with our Dev Team and if they find this feasible they may add this feature in future releases.

    As i really need this, an i’m not a professional coder, would you please send me a code to achieve those?

    one checkbox that just a text, I am 19 Years old or more

    the other with a hyperlink in it ,I accept the club Policy

    Just same style as the current terms and condition switch

    any possibility that just duplicate that terms and conditions element and change its text would be enough

    Regarding your query, currently, the option to add an extra checkbox field in EA Login Register widget is unavailable.

    I would like to suggest you to combine the Terms and Conditions and 19-year-old notice in one checkbox. Also, you can hyperlink the Terms and Conditions text from the EA Login Register widget and you can also write a text below the Accept Terms and Conditions by mentioning about the 19-year-old notice.
