Add Advertising Banner To Top Of Page

Hi All,

I’ve downloaded OIO Publisher for Ads onto my blog, however, it only allows me to add ads into the sidebar using widgets..

How can I add a banner Ad at the very top of my page? I’m new to this so any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
