Add administrative function to change public styling

  • My client wants to periodically change the PUBLIC styling of <h1> and <h2> tags as well as the background color and background image on some containers. This seems like a simple stylesheet changer would be ideal.

    I know how to add an option to the admin section (probably under the Settings choice), but what I’m stuck on is the best way to make that change persist for all public visitors until it is changed again.

    Can anyone make suggestions?
