Add additional stylesheets to Appearance -> Editor page?

    I use the default style.css file in a theme, but I also have a /css/ directory that I put additional stylesheets. I’d like to be able to edit those from the WordPress Appearance -> Editor section.

    What controls what stylesheets show up there?
