Add Ability to use Custom CSS to a user

    Hi,

    A user is only a Editor and Shop Manager. How can I allow he access to use the plugin?

    Appearance and Custom CSS is hidden to them. See https://www.screencast.com/t/GLoEYbrQ0qT

    We have User Role Editor if that is helpful.

    Regardless, what is the best way to allow them access to the plugin?
