add ability to exclude JS/CSS files

    Plugin is near perfect but it’s missing two things to become a 10/10:

    1) No option to exclude certain JS/CSS files
    2) No CDN support (I know this is coming though)

    Other than these two, this is the only caching plugin that doesn’t break my site even if I minify HTML/JS/CSS so awesome job! Will recommend this one from now on instead of W3TC.
