Add a Wild Card option for IP addresses

Ever since I installed the (great!) plugin, I’ve noted hacking attempts from IP addresses that point to countries like Russia, China or the US. Since I am based in Europe, there is no need for allowing logins from those regions.
It would be cool if there was an option to add a wild card to the list of blocked IP addresses, e. g. 97.*.*.* to block all login attempts from the US.
