• I’m sure it’s here, but I don’t know the jargon very well yet…

I’m trying to set up a site with wordpress, blogging will be secundary. Theme works fine, but now I want a simple, already quite transparent image behind the text of every page (not: post), almost as if the page would have its own background/watermark. In Word this is so easy with wrap functions, so what am I overlooking?

  • By the sounds of it, the CSS background-image attribute. Do you have any experience with CSS?

Ah…well.. that’s the problem, I don’t really. I know it’s there (some under the Appearance Options?), and I’m not uncomfortable manipulating it. But since it only concerns one image that should be a sort of background-upon-the-background I have no clue where to change what attributes. Perhaps you can guide me towards a tutorial of some kind if it’s not too much trouble.
    Thank You so far!
