add a tooltip/pop up with dynamic content

    Respected author, thank you so much for the awesome plugin. Really appreciate your work.

    I wanted to ask if there is a way to do the following:

    Hovering mouse cursor over the (cell – row2col1) displays a tooltip or pop up that shows the contents of the adjacent cells (i.e. row2col2, row2col3 and so forth.) but the actual adjacent cells (i.e. row2col2, row2col3 and so forth.) are hidden in the table.

    The problem is that I want dynamic content(multiple lines) as the pop up(the value of the adjacent cells) and not a static content. How do I do this? Please point me towards a direction. Thank you so much and so sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I see what you mean, but unfortunately, I’m not aware of an existing solution to this, sorry. You will need to develop a custom solution here, I’m afraid. For example, you could look at using JavaScript and maybe the jQuery library to implement this.
