Add a Term acceptance checkbox does not work

  • Hello

    I added the field “Term acceptance checkbox”, but even if the checkbox is not checked we can subscibe to the list ? should not we have an error message saying to check policy acceptance before subscribing ?

    Hello,

    You shouldn’t be able to submit the form and a message should be displayed asking you to check the box.
    I’m sharing a recording that shows the expected behavior.

    Could you try to delete your form, then create another one?

    If the issue remains, could you share your SendinBlue Support ID?
