Add a symbol for “read more”

This theme is great stuff. Thank you.

I Want to have the additional option to replace “read more” by a user defined text or a symbol
so that the readers must not switch from one language to another while scanning.

Rationale
The index page shows “read more” as a link to the post.
Since this seems to be the only readable text for users, it would be hard work to translate the whole theme for only two words.
The option to hide “Read more” seem not to be an option from a usability point of view.
