Add a simple Hidden Tag

Let’s say I don’t want to GET or POST anything dynamically. All I want to do is type a short code into the form that is just a simple tag.

For example. I just want a hidden field that says “SEO”

Everytime i will return the result for the field with the value “SEO”

I want to add another “static” field that says “ORL”

This allows me to combine contact forms from dozens of websites into a single sheet, with a column that will tell me that the lead was from SEO, and it came from ORL.

I have literally looked for this solutio for the last 3 hours and am unable to find anything anywhere. Thank you
