Add a simple drop down list of names

I’m trying to add two drop down lists of names on my website, they are not to be linked to anything e.g.

Schools : (then a drop down list of names of schools)
Clubs: (then a drop down list of names of clubs)

It is purely informative, they do not link to anywhere. Please help! Thanks.
