Add a second instant money receiver

I need to donate automatically to a charity for each sell done, what should I do to make it possible and at the same time split the payment to the Vendors too?
To the vendors the payment can go also later(no need for imemdiate payment to the vendors), To the charity I need to send the money instantly.
