Add A Promo Code?

Ok so you know how sometimes, you get stuff in the mail that says “Go to [insert website here] and type this code [random code] into the text box to receive special offers?”

I want to do something like that. So that when people type in certain codes, they will be taken to certain pages.

Am I making any sense? Is there a plugin out there that can do this? Thanks!
