Usually, the issue occurs when the existing theme or any plugin get conflicts with the Dokan core functionality. However, you can also try adding the below-mentioned CSS snippet on your?WP admin dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS?section and see if this resolves the problem –

#dokan-product-category-modal {
   z-index: 99999 !important;
}

The problem was the Slick Menu Pro plugin.
